REMINDER: All individuals who engage in coaching activities at an NCAA-certified event OR involved in the operating or managing of an NCAA-certified event or league must be approved prior to participation through the NCAA Participant Approval Program administered by LexisNexis. Click Here

If the applicant has questions concerning the processing of the application OR if the applicant believes that they were falsely denied an approval based on inaccurate information or a case of mistaken identity, he/she should contact the LexisNexis NCAA Support team at 866 777 1979 and e-mail: employment.support@lexisnexis.com.
When To Call:
Notification that:
- Name Spelled Incorrectly.
- SSN entered incorrectly.
- Date of Birth entered incorrectly.
Questions pertaining to:
- Login Issues to the site, questions on viewing approval lists.
- Applicants unable to enter application or print approval number/ticket.
- Delays on applications.
- ETA requests.
