FAQ's

What is the tournament format?: All teams will play three pool games. The top two teams in a pool will advance to the Gold Tournament, the bottom two will advance to the Silver. There is a four game guarantee
When does play begin on the 6^th?: All teams should be prepared to play at 8:00 am on July 6^th.
Will all teams play on July 9^th?: No, at this time the championship of 17U will play on July 9^th at 9:00 am.
What is the entry deadline?: The entry deadline is June 25^th or whenever tournament is full, we will post notices.
When will schedule be posted?: The schedule will be posted between June 22^nd and July 1^st.
Do all bench personnel need an NCAA Approval Number?: Yes, any person NOT in uniform as a properly listed member of the team, MUST have an NCAA Approval Number.
What happens if no Team Coaches are NCAA Approved?: Teams without an NCAA Approved coach will be allowed to play but NO PERSON other than players will be allowed on or near the bench area.
What happens if the team does not have a roster online with the NCAA?: Teams without a COMPLETE NCAA Online Roster will not be allowed to play and no refund will be provided.
How can I book motel rooms?: We will list services and motels but you are free to stay where you want without using a high priced motel service .
What is your refund policy?: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once teams have paid.
