When does play begin on the 6th?
All teams should be prepared to play at 8:00 am on July 6th.
Will all teams play on July 9th?
No, at this time the final eight of 17U and final four of 15U, 16U will play on July 9th.
What is the entry deadline?
The entry deadline is June 25th or whenever tournament is full, we will post notices.
When will schedule be posted?
The schedule will be posted between June 22nd and July 1st.
Do all bench personnel need an NCAA Approval Number?
Yes, any person NOT in uniform as a properly listed member of the team, MUST have an NCAA Approval Number.
What happens if no Team Coaches are NCAA Approved?
Teams without an NCAA Approved coach will be allowed to play but NO PERSON other than players will be allowed on or near the bench area.
What happens if the team does not have a roster online with the NCAA?
Teams without a COMPLETE NCAA Online Roster will not be allowed to play and no refund will be provided.
How can I book motel rooms?
We will list services and motels but you are free to stay where you want without using a high priced motel service .
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once teams have paid.

Bob, I just wanted to let you know what a great tournament we felt like the Hoosier Shootout was. Our 16u team have traveled to many AAU Nationals, Vegas, etc. and we felt we got the most exposure at your tournament.
It’s always a pleasure to come to the Hoosier Shootout – you guys do a great job and I consider it one of the finest AAU tournaments in the nation.
